TERESA TILLMAN

Teresa Tillman, 61, of Somerville, passed away on June 18, 2024, at her home after a battle with breast cancer.

Funeral services for Teresa will be held at Comand munity Chapel in Somerville at 2 p.m. on July 20, 2024, followed by a scattering of her ashes.

Teresa was born November 14, 1962, to Leroy and Milady Poehl in Houston.

She graduated from Waltrip High School in Houston, and attended Blinn College in Brenham.

She worked for the St. Joseph Hospital system as a registered nurse for over 20 years.

She loved the Lord and enjoyed gardening, camping, and going to the beach.

Teresa is survived by her husband, Arthur Tillman; her daughter, Erin Herrick, and her sons, David Clarke, Daniel Clarke, and Stephen Davis; her stepdaughters, Ashley Norman Kimberly Worley; her sisters, Linda Redd, Rebecca Kocurek, Kathryn Sadowski; her brother, Mark Poehl; her grandchildren, Holli, Michael, Benjamin, Sophia, Levi, Sarah, Isaac, Pierce, Samantha, and Katy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her previous husband, David Davis.
