For 37 years, people from across the state have come to Caldwell to celebrate the Czech pastry called the kolache.
And, this Saturday, Sept. 9, those craving the soft dough that surrounds a filling made from fruit, cheese or a combination of the two will once again visit Caldwell to enjoy the kolache and the town’s Czech heritage.
