PATTY TAYLOR

A funeral service for Patty Jane Taylor, 94, of Caldwell, was held at 2 p.m. on Monday, June 20, 2022, at First Assembly of God in Caldwell.

She was born on March 2, 1928, in Cogar, Okla., to Claude and Agnes Burchfield.

Patty married the love of her life, Billy Joe Taylor, on Oct. 11, 1947. After marrying Billy, they moved to Odessa, and there they raised four children.

Patty and her husband owned and operated Falcon casing crews out of Deanville.

She loved to travel.

Patty loved spending time with her family.

For years, she volunteered at the hospital.

Patty was a member of the First Assembly of God in Caldwell. She was the first face you would see coming into church, greeting you with a smile and a hug. She was a prayer warrior and actively involved in the women’s ministry. She loved her church family.

She died peacefully on June 15, 2022, in her home.

She is survived by two daughters; two sisters; one brother; eight grandchildren; and nine greatgrandchildren.
