A Burleson County sheriff ’s deputy arrested a Houston man on a felony drug charge on Friday, Dec. 1, after a traffic stop near the Washington County line.
Victor Manuel Torres, 24, was charged with possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2, 1-4 grams, and is now free on $3,500 bond, according to the sheriff ’s office.
